Introducing Polar Bear Pete, my latest character. Pete is going to be used to highlight the need for energy conservation to young children. When he learns his home in the Arctic might be at risk he decides to go and find somewhere else to live. As he travels the world making new friends he realises that the only place that is right for him is his home. The end of the book will contain helpful hints and advice about ways to help protect the polar bear's habitat. The first pages are below.
